Healthy Origins Holiday Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow @healthyorigins_usa on Instagram
  • Like the giveaway post on the @healthyorigins_usa Instagram
  • Comment which supplement they'd like to receive, and tag 1 friend

Each qualifying follow, like, and comment counts as one entry. Participants may earn a bonus entry by:

  • Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @healthyorigins_usa

  1. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on December 8, 2024 at 9:00AM EST and ends on December 20, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

  2. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days after the giveaway ends. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

  3. Prize: The winner will receive a one-year supply of their favorite Healthy Origins supplement (equivalent to 365 days' worth of doses of one product of their choice). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  4. Shipping: The prize will only be shipped to a valid address within the United States.

  5. General Conditions: Healthy Origins reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or exhibits inappropriate or offensive content. Healthy Origins is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or issues beyond its control.

  6. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Healthy Origins and its affiliates from any liability or claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

  7. Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will only be used for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting the winner.

  8. Agreement to Terms: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
