Filler ingredients are different than what listing shows on Amazon, and it also isn’t TRAACS Zinc as shown either. Waste of money and can’t even return supplements that aren’t advertised correctly.

I had horrible stomach pains after taking this zinc supplement. Maybe the 50mg dosage was too high for me. My stomach pains and vomiting was so bad I thought it was food poisoning the first time it happened. Then the second night it happened again and I realized it wasn't from the food but from this zinc.

Makes you throw up, like its some sort of poison

Zinc is a staple at our house. So many metabolic processes need zinc. I like the amount/ tablet. Good product and good price. Can add to smoothies too.
