Shipping Policy

At Healthy Origins, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This page covers how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at healthyorigins.com including specifics for our U.S. and International customers.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day before they ship. Orders placed Monday will generally ship Tuesday; orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will generally ship the following Monday.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may not begin processing until the next business day.

• Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for processing or shipping purposes.

• During high-volume periods (sales events, holidays, or promotions), processing may take slightly longer than usual.

• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

All orders placed on healthyorigins.com ship from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse via USPS or UPS, depending on order size and destination.

• Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped, not from the date it was placed, and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume.

• Orders over $150 are automatically shipped with signature required at no extra cost, so please provide an address where someone is available to receive the package during business hours. If no one is available, the carrier will typically hold the package at a local facility for pickup.

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and P.O. Boxes (via USPS only).

• We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates can take up to 24-48 hours to appear, particularly for orders placed over the weekend.

Order Changes & Cancellations

There is only a short window to update or cancel an order before it ships. If you need to make a change, please Contact Us right away at sales@healthyorigins.com. We'll do our best to help, but once a shipping confirmation has been sent, we're no longer able to modify the order.

Shipping to Hotels or Temporary Addresses

We recommend avoiding shipments to hotels, vacation rentals, or other temporary addresses, as we can't guarantee delivery timeframes to these locations. Missed or unclaimed deliveries at temporary addresses may result in lost packages, and refunds are only issued once a package has been successfully returned to our warehouse, minus the original shipping cost.

International Shipping

Healthy Origins ships to select countries outside the U.S. International orders are subject to the destination country's customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout (currently applicable to Canada, the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, and Mexico). Delivery timeframes vary by courier and destination and typically range from 4-14 business days.

Some countries limit the quantity of supplements that can be imported for personal use. For example, Australian customers are limited to three (3) bottles of the same product per order under TGA regulations. Orders exceeding a destination country's limit will be adjusted, and any excess items refunded.

International Shipments

Shipping Fee Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where a shipping error is confirmed to be our fault. We're not able to refund shipping costs for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or public holidays. For more on returns, see our Refund Policy.
