This bottle is really quite a value. Considering that you need way less than what is inside each capsule to get to your 100% daily value, I just pull apart the capsules and sprinkle some into any liquid and then rejoin the capsules. This form is pantothenic acid is readily soluble in water, juice, etc.This bottle will last you a long time.I trust the Healthy Origins quality. I have many supplements that are produced by them and have had no issues.
