Dr. Edosa is a miracle worker! I started seeing her for fertility purposes. I did 3 rounds of IVF and 2 failed transfers prior to meeting Dr. Edosa and was about to throw in the towel. This product caused cramping and diarrhea. I have been taking Biotin for years so it is not new to me. Only the brand is different. It's not returnable and I can't continue using it so I am throwing it out. Wasted my money.

I love the tiny caps, so easy to swallow, I wish all caps were that tiny, they would certainly make life easier! This is one of those buys that I don't see much of anything out of the product. I was hoping for something in return, thinking it would have a good effect on my skin or hair. Nothing! So as much as I love its size, I highly doubt that I will be purchasing it again.

I bought this for my wife at the suggestion of her manicurist. After taking it for several months, it has significantly improved her nails, eliminating the unsightly ridges. I like it because it doesn't have the typical stearates and dioxides that most supplements do (only has rice powder). And it is really cost-effective in the 360 capsule bottle--that is a full year of biotin supplementation. I highly recommend it. Also note that biotin is a water-soluble supplement, so putting it in softgel with coconut or avocado oil, for example, doesn't seem to add to its effectiveness, but does add to its cost.
