Excellent quality and made in the USA. I like that this is fermented for better absorption. I use this post-workout in my protein shake. I do feel like it helps me recover faster since I started using it. There is no odor, color, or taste, just as glutamine should be. Great product that I will buy again!
I take it after dinner with biotin. L-Glutamine repairs inner gut tissues, promote healthy esophagus, so I don’t have stomach reflux anymore.
I do think this stuff helps in terms of recovery and relieving sore muscles. However, it tastes very bad - best to get it down with the lease amount of liquid possible.
I'm a 51-year-old personal trainer and am active in the gym and with my clients pretty much daily. The fine powder mixes easily in juices or water and in protein shakes. It is also fairly tasteless. It seems like a quality product and is a decent value for approximately 120 servings.
