Healthy Origins 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Healthy Origins, we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Healthy Origins product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.  

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Healthy Origins 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States. 

How To Claim The Guarantee 

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at sales@healthyorigins.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.  You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist Healthy Origins in processing your request. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your Healthy Origins product, a proof of purchase, alongside your confirmation number to: Healthy Origins, PO BOX 12615 Morgan, PA 15241. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. 

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase.

 Guarantee Guidelines 

Healthy Origins reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Healthy Origins concludes that the purchaser has abused the Healthy Origins 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Healthy Origins may amend or terminate the Healthy Origins 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
