Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that plays a crucial role in the production of energy during rigorous exercise and metabolic stress. One of the primary functions of creatine is to help regenerate adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's main energy source. During periods of intense physical exertion, such as weightlifting or sprinting, ATP levels can diminish rapidly. Low ATP levels can lead to muscle fatigue and energy exhaustion. Creatine helps to support optimal ATP levels during times of increased energy demand.*

Creatine may help to optimize athletic performance, support muscle health, and support healthy cellular energy.*

Easy way to get your daily creatine intake

If you do not mind taking pills, these are an easy way to get your daily creatine intake. Pills are easy to swallow but you need to take 4 to get 2.5g of creatine. I usually take 5g a day which means 8 pills total. I break it up into 4 in morning and 4 in evening. I think I'll go back to powder and add it to shakes and water instead of taking 8 pills day.

Easier on my stomach than monohydrate

Been using Healthy Origins Creatine for a few weeks with a noticeable increase in strength and no stomach discomfort. I have used regular creatine monohydrate in the past, but it caused me stomach upset so I haven't used for a long time. I was surprised after only a couple weeks my lifts all started creeping up, nothing major but definitely noticeable. While more expensive I don't like dealing with powders, so these are very convenient.

So far, so good

This seems to be a good quality Creatine so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Right dose, right ingredients, capsules are good

It's usually pretty hard to tell whether you're getting exactly what you think you're getting in a supplement, but at least to judge by the label this is what I'm looking for a in a creatine capsule. The dose is right--I take 2 capsules a day--and the ingredients list looks legit. The capsules go down smoothy. A decent value compared to other creatine products, and I appreciate not having to eat a gummy in order to get a good dose of creatine. So I'm happy with it.
