Selenium Tablets (Seleno Excell)

They smell like brewers yeast, which I like, it is a good deal for the amount and bottles size, who knows how effective they are? I’m healthy, selenium is extremely important

I've been taking additional selenium for years now besides eating Brazil nuts and other sources of the mineral every day. The pill is uncoated, which I like. When I take a supplement, I want just the active ingredients: no fillers, no "plastic" capsule or coating if possible, and such. The price was reasonable too.I try to write a review for nearly everything I buy on Amazon. I wish others would be as diligent when they purchase Stack the Legal Odds in Your Favor since it is only one of two books that protect people from the world’s largest crime syndicate (a.k.a. the U.S. legal system), the other being You Have the Right to Remain Innocent. For people in America, they are the two most important books written in the last 100 years.

One of these a day alongside an herbal adrenal supplement has gotten me off daily thyroid and adrenal glandular usage. Now, I only use glandulars as needed. The pressed tablets are relatively easy to swallow, but a little thick. They can be challenging to split since they aren't flat and they have no score lines, as well as have some form of coating to prevent the tablets from turning to powder which likes to catch on the blade of a pill splitter. Trying to ward off covid-19 by taking these, no idea if these actually help, no problems so far

I developed hypothyroidism following a prolonged period of emotional stress & chose not to be tied to a one-a-day thyroid hormone supplement. Instead, I take one of these selenium capsules daily, or eat two Brazil nuts. After several months of supplementation & more supportive eating plan, I'm feeling more energetic & less cranky. (Avoiding doc's office during covid virus, but plan to confirm thyroid hormone levels with lab tests ASAP.)
